Privacy Policy

Aisle Partners (“Aisle Partners”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and the booking flow that runs on it. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have. We have written it in plain language. If anything is unclear, write to us at contact@aislepartners.io.

1. Who we are

Aisle Partners is a private company registered in United Kingdom. For any privacy-related questions, contact contact@aislepartners.io. We will share our registered postal address on request.

2. What information we collect

We collect three categories of information:

  • Information you give us — name, email address, company, phone number, and any details you share when you book a scoping session or send us a message.
  • Information collected automatically — IP address, device type, browser, operating system, the pages you view on this site, the pages that referred you, and approximate location (derived from IP).
  • Information from third parties — when you arrive on this site from a Meta (Facebook / Instagram) ad, we may receive a click identifier from Meta so we can attribute your visit to a specific campaign.

3. How we use your information

  • To schedule, run, and follow up on the scoping call you booked.
  • To send the calendar invite, confirmation, and reminder communications related to that call.
  • To measure how well our marketing works (which pages convert, which ads bring qualified buyers).
  • To improve the website and the experience of booking a call with us.
  • To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and to measure traffic and conversions. We use:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — to make the site work (e.g. session state for the booking calendar).
  • Analytics cookies — to understand which pages are visited and how the booking flow performs.
  • Advertising cookies — set by Meta (Facebook Pixel) to attribute booking events back to specific ad campaigns and to retarget visitors. You can manage Meta's use of your data via your Meta ad preferences.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. If you do, parts of this site (especially the booking calendar) may not work as intended.

5. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business, and only the data they need:

  • Vercel Inc. — hosts this website. Receives request logs (IP, user agent, page).
  • HighLevel (LeadConnector / GoHighLevel) — runs the booking calendar and sends confirmation, prep, and reminder emails / SMS. Receives the data you submit when booking a call.
  • Google LLC — operates Google Meet, the platform we use for the call.
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. — receives event data (page view, booking) via the Meta Pixel and (if enabled) Conversions API, used for ad attribution and retargeting.

These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and by data-processing agreements where applicable. We may also disclose information if required by law.

6. International data transfers

Some of our service providers process data outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on the legal mechanisms each provider offers (Standard Contractual Clauses, Data Privacy Framework, or equivalent) to protect your data.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep the information you give us for as long as we need it to run the engagement we discussed, to meet our legal obligations, and to defend any claims. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the providers' defaults — typically 25 months for Meta. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your rights” below).

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct it if it is wrong;
  • ask us to delete it;
  • object to or restrict our use of it;
  • ask for a copy in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent we are relying on;
  • complain to your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@aislepartners.io. We respond within 30 days.

9. Children

This site is directed at business operators. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We update this page from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on the page or communicated by email where we have one for you.

11. Contact

For any privacy question or to exercise the rights above, email contact@aislepartners.io.
